Terms of Service & Terms of Purchase

Kinetix Fitness is operated by Refined Designs Digital (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or making a purchase you enter into a contract with Refined Designs Digital and agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

You agree to use the service lawfully, to provide accurate personal metrics, and to keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, no infringement of intellectual property, and no interference with security (including malware, probing, or scraping).

Refined Designs Digital retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, branding, workout programming and meal templates. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use digital plans for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or reverse engineer plan content.

The service is provided “as is” without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Prices are shown in your local currency where supported; the charged amount may vary with exchange rates and applicable local taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. We may update these terms and will notify active members of material changes.
